Description:
Wish I Could Fly was the first single taken from Roxette's album Have A Nice Day and it was the first release on the new record label Roxette Recordings.
Wish I Could Fly was also remixed by Todd Terry and Stonebridge and released as a special remix CDS. In the U.K. a special promotion remix 12'' was made and this record includes a remix which is unavailbe anywhere else.
The single also includes the song Happy Together which was not included on the album Have A Nice Day and is unavailable anywhere else.
The 2-track CDS from Italy and The Netherlands was supposed to be released with a glossy sleeve but a mistake was made and therefore the first edition of this CDS was released with a matt sleeve. The second edition of the 2-track CDS was released with a glossy sleeve but only a limited number of copies were made which makes this CDS hard to find today.
In the U.K. a special promotion box for the single was distibuted by EMI and it included two unique promotional CDs (only available with this box), two promotional photos, a promotion folder and a promotion video of Wish I Could Fly.
For a limited period of time HMV in Canada gave away a special promotion CDS together with every purchase of Roxette's new CD Have A Nice Day. |
